First dress for Ilis

Ever since I know I am expecting a girl, I have been keeping a close lookout for girlie stuff - dresses, shoes, hair clips, accessories, etc. I have been telling myself, no, don't buy all these yet as Ilis will not be able to use them, at least for the first six months.

However, I could not resist anymore just now. While shopping in Holland Village during lunch time, I saw this pink dress cum romper from the usual cut-label shop I frequent. It looks so sweet and it costs only S$12. Without second thoughts, I bought it. It is a first dress from imama for Ilis and I am sure there will be more to come.

Big baby

A visit to Dr Ang this morning revealed that Ilis is 1.6 kg now! Dr Ang was commenting that she is a bit big for a baby at this stage - week 29. For me, I actually put on 3 kg within a month! Oh no, I think it must be due to the five slices of wholemeal bread I eat each day!! I better do something to my diet, if not I may have problems pushing Ilis out when it is time :-) No wonder I have been feeling so clumsy lately :-P
